Ordering on AXK

Choose available product options, enter delivery details and pay through secure checkout on this website. Your order confirmation appears here after payment. Saving a bag does not place an order or take payment.

Collection previews

Product mockups illustrate how artwork can look on merchandise. Only confirmed options offered at checkout are available to purchase. A saved preference does not reserve stock.

Made-to-order products

Your selected artwork is applied to your chosen product. Embroidery, knitting and all-over products may need a special production layout prepared after purchase. If an item cannot be produced, AXK will contact you about an alternative or a refund.

Secure payment

Stripe processes payments in the checkout embedded on AXK. Review your merchandise, shipping and applicable tax before paying. AXK displays an order reference after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and tax

Launch shipping is planned worldwide wherever delivery is supported. Shipping and handling will equal the delivery cost plus 10%, rounded to the nearest cent. Available delivery options, the full shipping charge and applicable tax will be shown before payment. International deliveries may incur import duties or local fees that are not included at checkout.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

AXK arranges print-on-demand production and delivery with fulfillment partners. If the primary manufacturer cannot produce an item, AXK may use another manufacturer. If production cannot be obtained, the order may be canceled and refunded. If an ordered item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact AXK with your order reference and a description of the issue.

Your information

Your bag is saved on your device. During checkout, Stripe collects contact, delivery and payment details. AXK uses the necessary order and delivery details to process, fulfill and support your purchase, and shares necessary item and delivery information with production and shipping partners. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not included in the fulfillment packet. A secure cookie provides temporary access to your order status. Contact AXK with questions about your information.
